Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
- During new launches, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and delivery location.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- GBB is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address.
- Additional shipping fees may apply if a package is returned and needs to be reshipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, GBB is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.
If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Pre-Orders
Items marked as Pre-Order will ship on or around the estimated shipping date listed on the product page.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items become available.
International Shipping
At this time, GBB may limit shipping to select countries and regions.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country.
Shipping Delays
GBB is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier disruptions
- Customs processing
- Natural disasters
- Other circumstances beyond our control
