Refund policy

At Glamour Boujee Brat (GBB), customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund policy before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 5 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • Have original tags attached.
  • Be free of odors, stains, makeup, pet hair, or damage.
  • Be returned in the original packaging when possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Swimsuits and bikini bottoms
  • Bodysuits
  • Undergarments
  • Accessories
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • A description of the issue

We will review the claim and provide a replacement, store credit, or refund if approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for sizing or defects when inventory is available. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be issued.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as GBB is not responsible for lost return packages.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Store Credit

Store credit may be issued at GBB’s discretion and does not expire.
